„Gutes Familienhotel
Sehr ruhige und nahe Lage zum Meer. Schöne Poolanlage, besonders für Kinder jeden Alters. Zimmer inkl. Nebenräume sehr funktionell und schön ausgestattet.
Speisesaal etwas nüchtern ausgestattet und akustisch sehr laut.

Hervorragend
Zimmer im Neubau sehr geschmackvoll und geräumig, guter Schallschutz. Frühstück mit viel Auswahl und eigener Strand sehr gepflegt.
Ein Duschvorhang wäre nett gewesen wenn man schon keine Türe einbaut, man steht beim Duschen praktisch direkt im Schlafzimmer.

„Das Hotel selbst ist sehr empfehlenswert, Frühstück gut, Abendessen würden wir dort aber nicht mehr.
Wir reisten an und erhielten ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Aus diesem Zimmer konnten wir aus dem dritten Stock herabblicken und sahen andere Zimmer, die mit einem Whirlpool ausgestattet waren. Am Tag nach der Anreise fragten wir, ob wir das Zimmer upgraden können. Dies funktionierte problemlos und war preislich auch absolut angemessen. Das Hotel selbst und die Zimmer waren äußerst sauber und gepflegt, die Mitarbeiter an Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hotels ist unmittelbar neben dem Strand, Supermarkt und eine kleine Einkaufsstraße sind zu Fuß nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Der Pool ist groß genug und bietet für Erwachsene und Kinder eine gute Abkühlung. Die Anlage am Meer ist großflächig und bietet eine Großzahl von Liegen mit äußerst großen und komfortablen Liegen. Die kostenlos vor Ort verfügbaren Parkplätze waren sehr gut.
Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht direkt in Bibione, sondern einem Nebenort. Das ist grundsätzlich kein Problem, aber man muss wissen: Die großen Einkaufsstraßen von Bibione Stadt sind ein paar Kilometer entfernt. Auch Lignano bietet sich zum Bummeln an. Aus unserer Sicht war der größte Negativpunkt das Restaurant des Hotels. Während es beim Frühstück noch relativ wenig auszusetzen gab - außer beim Servicepersonal selbst - war es bei Buchen von Aufenthalt mit Abendessen schon ein anderes Thema. Das dort arbeitende Servicepersonal war leider nicht sehr freundlich. Das Besteck musste man sich quasi schon selbst suchen oder bestellen, das Besteck wurde zwischendurch wieder mal mit einem Teller abserviert und das Spiel ging dann von vorne los. Wir vermissten dein freundlichen italienischen Flair beim Personal. Es war äußerst kühl. Die Tische gingen teilweise mit Tellern über, man musste das Personal auffordern abzuräumen. Beim Abendessen war die Auswahl der Speisen äußerst lieblos. Es gab eine Vorspeisen-Reihe als Buffet, eine Kinderecke, 3 Hauptspeisen in Behältern, Nachspeisen, sowie eine Show-Küche wo 2-3 verschiedene Speisen frisch zubereitet wurden. Wir waren aber durchweg von Küche und Personal enttäuscht. Von 8 Nächten gingen wir deshalb 4x auswärts essen. In den Auswärts-Restaurant waren wir sehr zufrieden.
